OLOC is the acronym for Old Lesbians Organizing for Change. Formed in 1989, it is a 501c3 organization that works to improve the lives of Old Lesbians (age 60 and older) and fight ageism. Arden Eversmeyer, the founder and director of the OLOHP, served on the OLOC Steering Committee for 14 years. During that time, OLOC became the Sponsoring Organization for the project. When Arden is no longer able to continue her involvement with the OLOHP, ownership will pass to OLOC.
